A: Our favorite, low-cost brewing options include a Hario V60 pour-over cone, or an AeroPress.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Not currently. We only ship within the United States.
Q: Do you offer gift options?
A: Not currently. We will have gift certificate options live for the 2022 holiday season in Q4.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you have any issues with quality or damaged shipping, please reach out to us immediately for a refund or new shipment.
Q: Is the packaging 100% compostable?
A: Yes, including the bag liner and, valve, and sealing zipper. We source our packaging from Elevate Packaging and Grounded Packaging and both bags are 100% compostable.
Q: Can I get an invoice for my order?
A: You will be emailed an invoice upon placing an order, along with a follow-up email once the order has shipped.
Q: How should I store my coffee?
A: Keep out of direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. It’s best to store coffee in an air-tight container.
Q: Will you add coffees from new regions in the future?
A: Yes! We are currently sample roasting green coffees from Africa and Asia. We are continuously looking to expand our offerings.
