Perhaps the most passionate farmer that we’ve met regarding conservation and his land, Omar welcomed us to Finca San Luis and gave us a breathtaking tour. We saw so many different types of fruits and crops planted among the coffee trees that we lost count. San Luis is a true biodiverse wonderland that left us full of inspiration! Try this coffee as a drip or in an AeroPress. 

IMPORTANT: In order to maximize freshness of the coffee, all of our coffee bags are shipped as WHOLE BEAN. All of our coffees are roasted to a medium level. Please specify in the order notes if you would prefer a special lighter or darker roast.
