Deep in the Huila region from the quiet town of Santa Maria, passionate coffee farmer Edilberto Tovar is producing world-class coffee beans. Our experience on the farm with Edilberto and his team was second-to-none. This honey-processed coffee has notes of chocolate and caramel, balanced out with a juicy acidity and creamy body.

We suggest brewing this coffee in a drip pot or AeroPress.

IMPORTANT: In order to maximize freshness of the coffee, all of our coffee bags are shipped as WHOLE BEAN. All of our coffees are roasted to a medium level. Please specify in the order notes if you would prefer a special lighter or darker roast.
